A guide to bread making using a conventional oven, rather than a machine. Both yeast raised and soda bread will be made, so each participant will be able to leave with an edible token of the workshop! Various cooking methods and techniques will also be discussed, with a break for tea and a yeast-raised cake. Because of the time bread doughs take to rise, the workshop will start at 1:30pm and finish at about 5pm. Limited numbers available; please bring an apron.
