Our third Crafters Bazaar will be held on Chesterfield market on Sunday 19th May.
If you’ve not heard of Crafters Bazaar and you practise any crafts then please read on to find out more about it. Most people who craft have a stash of crafting materials, tools, books, magazines. Some have a large stash in their spare room or loft. Crafters Bazaar gives you the chance to have a good declutter of your stash and sell off the things you may never use or can’t remember why you got them in the first case!
ALL STALLS NOW SOLD!
For £10/£15 (depending on size of stall) you can have one stall for the day to sell off your unwanted yarns, fabric, card, paper, inks, dyes, paints, beads, needles, brushes, pens, pencils, pins, crafting magazines and books. Let someone else be inspired by your cast-offs, give those items a new craft life. Get together with a like-minded friend or two to share the stall and the selling.
Our aim is to slow the purchase of new things and recirculate the stuff we already have and also prevent old things, which could still be useful, going to landfill.
This year we are running some mini skillshares during the Bazaar in the Hub on Low Pavement (opposite the Market Hall). These are free to attend but the numbers of participants is limited, so book your place to ensure you don’t miss out.
