Join Colin for a bread making workshop; a guide to bread making using a conventional oven rather than a machine. Apart from the basic technique, various cooking methods and tips will also be discussed, with a break for tea and a (yeast-raised) cake. Because of the time bread doughs take to rise, the workshop will start at 13:30 and will finish before 17:00.
Limited places, £5 deposit will be required to secure a place (for purchase of baking materials in advance)
